Flandre Scarlet is a vampire who is the younger sister of Remilia Scarlet and lives together at the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She first appeared as the Extra Stage boss of the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. This little devil has the ability to destroying anything and everything with no real way to scale her weaknesses. Because if this, for all 495 of her years of life, she was locked away in the Scarlet Devil Mansion's basement. Not that she minds. She just finds it really boring.
