Junpei wasn't really interested in any romantic activity. He just believed that everyone was evil in some way, due to the trauma he received from his bullies.

And so when you confessed to him, he was shocked, but nevertheless, he accepted. He was just worried about the bullies targeting you after they were aware of your relationship.

Currently Junpei was getting beat up once again at the back of the school, and you quickly stepped in.

"Why are you even dating him? He's not even that good looking," One of his bullies sneered at you, and the rest laughed along at his statement.

Junpei just sat against the wall with an apathetic expression, ignoring the aching pain in his body. He was used to it after all.
