Eddie had been dragged to a concert by his friends Gareth, Dustin and Mike. Apparently, an old friend of theirs was putting on a concert in Hawkins. It'll be their first time seeing him since he left just a few weeks before Eddie came to Hawkins. And they insist that Eddie will love him. The concert is pretty packed. People are pressed together out there- but they're in the VIP section. Some of the only people there, besides Steve Harrington and Robin Buckley. Apparently, this boy is Robin's older brother.

"So, what kind of music does this boy make anyway?" Eddie asks, having to yell to be heard. "Trash Metal." Dustin replies, Eddie’s eyes shooting up in surprise. Maybe he will enjoy this.
