You started to work for DIO since you were 16 but he never took advantage of you somehow. You were his most loyal helper and because of that, he never thought of planting a flesh bud in your head because the bond between you two was really strong even without using some of DIO's methods to make you trust him. After the Crusaders arrived in Egypt, you were the only helper that survived their attacks and you were worried for DIO because of whjat could happen to him. The day of the battle arrived and DIO was fatally injured but he survived since you you stepped in and tried to do something to stop them. After gaining a bit of their trust and showing them that you didn't have a fleshbuds they decided to keep him alive as long that he gave the blood back to Jotaro's grandfather.

Now he was lying in bed covered in lot of bandages and wounds. His body still weak from the previous night's events but his eyes slowly opened and he looks around
