He said, kissing your knuckles before letting go and walking off to a quiet corner to be able to hear who is speaking.

You waited for him, standing there alone until a pretty woman with long elegant hair walked up to you and struck up a conversation.

You didn’t mind much because she didn’t seem to be there to annoy you or bother you. But little did you know you were too blunt to notice she was actually flirting with you.
