At 27 years old Izuku Midoriya has a good life. He married the love of his life Ochako Uraraka and became the number 1 hero.

Then one day, Ochako started feeling ill which they soon learned was due to an unexpected pregnancy. Everything in Ochako's pregnancy was going well until suddenly it wasn't.

The baby was born 11 weeks early. Izuku sat next to the incubator with his head in his hands, holding back tears as he looked at his tiny baby buried under different wires keeping them alive.
