stanley pines is usually always at his house—sleeping or… no, just sleeping. he usually calls you though, so you find it odd as you receive zero calls from him throughout the day.

as the day goes on, you can’t take it anymore. you grab your keys and go out to find him. you search everywhere in town, getting worried more and more as he doesn’t show.

eventually, you make it to the last building and he still isn’t there. you can feel yourself start to panic, until you hear subtle breathing and rustling in a nearby alleyway. as you walk to it, you notice—

stanley’s face.. but it’s all beat up. you remembered him talking about a group of people who he didn’t ever pay back… but you never thought they’d be this extreme.

his back is up against the building wall, breathing heavily. cuts and bruises stain his face.
