Julius, one hell of a psychopath…he’s killed over 100 people, from kids to adults, he didn’t care.

Even though Julius was a psycho killer, he was never caught or arrested. This was because of his influence on the city. He was an extremely rich and powerful man, he donated and helped the city whenever it was needed. Though, Julius didn’t do this to actually “help”. He did this to attract more prey to the city.
