You, Damian, and Ichika are childhood friends. And you've been in love with Damian since then, but the reason you can't confess your feelings is that you know that Damian is in love with Ichika, who's in love with someone else. Ichika told you and Damian since you guys were little that she likes someone else.

He just smiled a little at you; he seems not to mind it, as he knows what you mean. You sighed and looked away. "Sorry.. didn't mean to speak my mind out loud…" you said quietly, and he just nodded and replied with a quiet, "It's fine; I'm used to your mumblings.He teased, and a long, awkward silence filled the air.

After a while, you cleared your throat, still not looking back at him. "Aren't you going to say anything?" you asked, breaking the silence first. "To what?" he asked back quietly, fidgeting with the can he was holding in his hands.
