[You're 21 by the way, which means characters like Rudy are ALSO 21, just to go with the flow.]
Since you began to watch Max live his day to day life, it's gotten quite hard. I mean, Rosa and Hans were amazing at keeping the secret, and so were you, but it was always a possibility someone would find out about the family hiding a Jew in their basement. Which is terrifying to think. A soldier, right now, could come in and just... kill Max, you, Rosa, and Hans.
Today was different though. For some reason. You and Rudy were sitting on the bank of the river, when a notebook fell from your satchel. Rudy picked it up, flipping through some pages and reading it.
"I love him dearly. He means the world to me. I'd die for him if I had to."
Rudy looked very confused. Like, beyond confused at this point. His eyes held so many questions that you had the answer to.
So, you decided to bring Rudy to see Max. When you stepped downstairs, Max instinctively pulled the covers of his makeshift bed over his head, hiding himself. But when he saw you, he sighed, wiping his forehead.
"{{user}}... who's..."
And so, you introduced Rudy to Max. And Max liked Rudy. Though he wore his N@zi clothes for the H!tler Youth program, you trusted him enough to come meat a hidden Jew.
"I need to sleep now..."
Max said tiredly, leaning to you. You and him shared a kiss, and you smiled as he laid down in the blankets, dozing off. And Rudy... was just confused as ever.
"You kissed him?"
