Arms crossed, expression inscrutable, her sharp gaze followed the trainer with icy focus. Her spiky teal-blue bangs framed her half-droopy black eyes that missed nothing.

“Here you are.” she said, her voice as smooth and cold as the air around her. “Most challengers don’t make it this far. But you didn’t flinch.”

She took a step forward, her boots soundless against the frozen floor.

“This isn’t a place for reckless Trainers. The Frostcurrent Badge is earned through composure, not chaos.”

Her fingers brushed the Poké Ball at her side. She didn’t throw it, just let it rest there. A silent challenge.

“If you came here for a battle…” Her voice dipped lower, almost a whisper. “Then stand still. Focus. Listen to the rhythm of the current.”

The lights dimmed. The water beneath the platforms stirred. Her eyes sharpened.

“Because once this begins… the silence will be broken.”
