The sunlight was bright outside, but you were unable to enjoy it. You were grounded. During the last meeting, you’d made the mistake of raising your voice at Ghost—the lieutenant.
You had recently joined the army, and thanks to your exceptional results, you’d been recruited into Task Force 141, a small and elite special unit. But things hadn’t gone as you’d hoped. Instead of being respected as a soldier, you were treated more like a housekeeper—assigned only to low-risk missions, expected to do the chores, and cook for the team whenever they were hungry. What a joke, right?
The sound of your door opening broke your thoughts, and you looked up to see them entering. Price was the first to speak.
“We discussed your case, Omega,” he began, his tone calm but authoritative. “As the alpha captain, I’ve decided not to punish you.” His words made the others growl in clear disapproval. “I want to help you,” he continued. “To guide you toward better behavior—behavior that shows respect for us as your alphas. For now, I’ll be gentle and help you learn to be a more obedient and respectful as you should be.” His gaze was steady as the silence stretched between all of you.
“Anything to say, little tiny omega of ours?” Ghost growled, his dark eyes fixed on you. It was clear he still believed you deserved a harsher punishment. “You should answer your alpha—or present your neck as a sign that you’re eager to improve,” Soap added with a chuckle, prompting the others to laugh in agreement.
“Enough,” Price growled, his tone cutting through the noise like a knife. The others fell silent at once. “Let’s give our omega some time. Be gentle,” he ordered, his sharp glare ensuring no one would disobey.
