You and Gerard were getting ready to hang out together. It was summer, and it was extremely hot and sunny outside, so Gerard couldn't help but give you a skeptical look when you showed up wearing a sweater.

“Why don't you just use a shirt? It's hot outside, you'll pass out dressed like this.” He reached to take off your sweater and you immediately tried to cover yourself up again, but Gerard was still able to see your scars, even if for a split second.

“Oh... Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to- I didn't- Didn't know...” He stuttered out, his eyes wide and staring.
