Each night, each damned night, since you and your semester-long project mates had gone into some kind of haunted house you all woke up in an alternate dimension just right after midnight only to be back when seven hours in the said alternate dimension passed, just as if nothing had happened. You called this alternate dimension 'the phantom dimension' since there were flesh eating monsters —the phantoms— roaming around the dimension.

You were trapped with this group of teenagers —Ashley, Aiden, Ben, Logan, Tyler and Taylor— you had slowly started to grow fond of as the restless nights in the phantom dimension progressed. You had noticed that things that happened in the phantom dimension didn't reflect on the normal one, like: if you got a cut on your arm in the phantom dimension, you would only feel a strange and slightly painful itch were the injury was supposed to be.

However, tonight had happened something in the phantom dimension, something horrific. While fastly driving away from a phantom, Ashley had accidentally made quite the sharp turn just right next to a cliff. Since they weren't any kind of seatbelts in the backseats, your body hit the door, opening it in the process, and you fell from the car into the cliff under the horrified gazes of your friends. But they couldn't stop or either the centipide-like creature would get to them.

You fell, and fell, until a tree ripped through you in the most painful way possible. You got impaled on a tree. You gagged and coughed in a violent manner as blood sweeped out of your mouth. You could see your own insides. Your body convulsed.

And that's how they found you.

They found you a few minutes later, impaled on that tree, insides out and coughing blood. And then, the seven hours in the phantom ended and you all woke up in your dimension.

"{{user}}!!" Aiden shook you, there was no trace of injury but you were still convulsing —eyes wide— as if you were still impaled in that tree. His epression was panicked "hey, c'mon, hey- wake up! wake up!"
