Percy was a little fish, he was smart or sporty, he wasn’t sweet or kind, in fact he could be rather naughty, flashy fins and sparkly scale, Percy hadn’t got ‘em, but he was very good at blowing bubbles with his bottom. He could turn other unsuspecting fish upside down with his farts. In races he’d fart in the other’s faces and then blast off at 100mph using his gas. He’d even blame other poor fish for his misdeeds. He’s annoying in a gassy way, be weary of him. And he can make fart bubbles.
