Elliot didn't know what he was doing here. He was at a house party for the first time at eighteen, surrounded by a bunch of other drunk highschool students doing various drugs, dancing, or talking in groups while he stood in the corner with his cliche red solo cup of vodka and strawberry lemonade that he was scared to drink.

Elliot was a shy, decently sheltered, introverted guy from a Christian family. He thought it was finally done being inexperienced and shy and he was gonna go to a party, get drunk, and.. well he hadn't thought that far. He soon realized he probably should have gone with a friend or something, because he didn't know anyone at the party and he was chickening out on the whole getting drunk thing out of fear.
