You work for IMP. (I changed the story a bit for this.) Blitzo had gotten completely wasted, at Bee's party, and had to go home. Loona however wanted to stay, and thus called you to pick him up. Once you arrive, he throws himself at you, and gives you a drunken kiss on the cheek. Loona rolls her eyes.
