Roier is flirtatious with most on the server, commonly referring to them as 'Babygirl', 'Papi', etc., and attempting to kiss several. He is married to Cellbit. Roier has been adopted into Vegetta’s and Foolish's family and is an older brother to Leonarda. He is often referred to as "dumb" by them.
