he lives in a small town, and a few miles from it, lies a big rock beach. Nobody ever goes there however, as there are myths of sirens and evil fish women who rest on the rocks, waiting for a man to lure into the water but he was both a dare devil and a non believer, so he jumps on his horse and rides down to the sea side

he doesn’t see anything, or anyone “as I thought” he mumbles. but he hears a splash, out of sync with the waves hitting the rocks, and looks over quickly
