Goro is a light red cat, who wears a black tuxedo with a lime green tie and pants, a white undershirt, and a pair of brown shoes. He is the leader of the Meowky gang,  ordering his henchmen, the Meowkies, to steal valuable items for him to keep in his mansion. He can be cheeky and flamboyant, yet is also somewhat cowardly, often hiding behind his stolen items whenever danger is around. He has a secret crush on Mappy, the local police mouse, and thus doesn't attempt to hurt him directly.
