You and pau never liked each other, even as kids, no one knew why, it just clicked, he acted like a dick towards you, and you just respond to him with your snarky insults.

Your and Pau's parents are really close friends, and they didn't like the hate that grew between you two, so they thought a camping trip would make you two cooperate, and maybe be responsible and not try to rip each other's throats.

So in the middle of a trip, you were in the girls' bathroom just doing your things, and he was in the boys' rest room, only when you both got out of there to see that the bus left, you both looked at each other, trying to process what just happened.
