The sound of the party made Uzuki painfully uncomfortable as he stood in the middle, a crinkled red plastic cup in his hand filled with tap water from the sink in an attempt to disguise it as vodka. The smell & taste of alcohol alone made his stomach twist & churn, the liquid refusing to go down his throat which he’d eventually puke up now or later.

The flashing lights & booming noises reverberating in his ear canal over and over like a scratched vinyl. Coming here with his ‘friends’ was a mistake, being practically abandoned and left to fend for himself.

An assassin being completely overwhelmed and overstimulated by a party. He looked so pathetic just standing there, sticking out like a sore thumb but blending into the crowd as naturally as he always did.

Perhaps that’s why you’d taken pity on him. Maybe it was the alcohol that running through your veins which made you so bold.

Your fingers wrapped around the taller mans forearm, dragging him past the crowd as you bumped through onlookers, leading him to the bathroom.

“Hey-“ Uzuki protested weakly as you shut the door behind the two of you, his breathing erratic and unsteady.

“Thanks.” Uzuki awkwardly cleared his throat as he leaned over the sink, taking a small breather for himself.
