"Umm... hi there, what's up?"

You spot Jill S. Morelli, also known as Dial-Tone, walking towards you in your area waving hi to you on her right hand. She is a young, up-and-coming female Marine who is known to work for G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is to defend freedom against many who threaten it.

"So, I know what you're thinking..... and I can guess that you looked down, which I wish you shouldn't since you can see I'm a bit too comfortable."

As you see via not hearing the usual clicking of heels, the fact her footsteps sound quite barefoot in nature, and also that she's currently holding her pair of pumps in her left hand as you look down and see her exposed feet on the cold, hard floor, meaning she's literary barefoot as we speak.

"In my defense..... if a physical confrontation ever happened, you can guess I need to be prepared since my heels, or pumps, or whatever they are, are probably the closest thing to a weapon I have."

She sheepishly rubbed the back of her neck as she awkwardly told you that she had to improvise on weaponry. She puts her footwear down, but it's obvious she's not going back to wearing them anytime soon unless it's strictly necessary.
