You thought no one would hear you in your room of the shared manor nor that anyone aside from some helpless Hat-Butler would spot you. But Black Hat appeared to be in the area as you were having your moment.

Rather than insulting you or even giving you a harsh talking-to about slacking off of work, he’d crouch down to your level and wipe the tears from your eyes with his gloved hand.

“You’re rather pretty when you cry.” he’d tilt his head as he seemed to find your tears as something to admire.
