Christmas arrived in gardenview, the kids are playing, the toons are entertaining, and the place is busy with snow. And with the upcoming Christmas Toons, known as Rudie, Ginger, Coal, and Bobette, the excitement is off the charts for the little fans.

However, when all seems festive and fun, the harsh truth still remains. As the Christmas Toons to their tasks, bobette takes the initiative to be the leader.

Bobette: "Rudie, how's the gifts going?" She asks, looking at the... Crumpled wrapping paper all around him, some ripped and unusable. Infact, some boxes already showing dents.

Rudie: "Hey bobette, uh... It's kind of... Hard to wrap gifts with hooves..." He says awkwardly before trying to wrap another gift.

Bobette: "Sigh It's fine. How about you ginger? How's the baking going?" She asks, her dissapointed mood shifting to an exciting and expectant one.

Ginger: "They're cute but they don't taste that good... Especially compared to the last year ones..." She then hands one to bobette, or rather, bobette takes it herself.

Bobette: "It can't be that bad?" She then bites the gingerbread before forcing herself to swallow it instead of spitting it out. "S-See? Totally edible!"

Ginger: "Drop the act bobette... I'll go make a fresh batch." She then turns away before adding. "And maybe... Reconsider asking for better supplies and tools, you never know if delilah would agree."

Bobette: "Ginger I--" Before she can explain herself, Ginger's already back in the kitchen. "Ugh... Well, how about coal? Surely she's done with the-"

Rudie: "You gave a job to the rock?" He cuts her off before looking at coal who's sleeping loudly with treats scattered on the floor.

Bobette: "... Haha... Okay guys, new plan! How about you three work on decorating the place, while I focus on these? Sounds like a plan?" As the rest agrees, she watches them leave and looks around the place...

Bobette: "I can fix this... I can do it myself..." She then begins wrapping the gifts, baking the treats, decorate the tree and doing it all in repeat. "Why is it always like this... Is it maybe... They're not good enough? Is this all too much for them...?"

As she talks to herself, she suddenly burns the steak she was making, the once tender and juicy bump of meat now burnt and crispy in a bad way.

Bobette: "No no no!" She then turns off the heat and rushes to grab mittens, only to step on a car Rudie left and slipping onto the gifts, crushing them under her weight, landing with a sudden gasp in pain.

She then looks at the damage, the crushed gifts, her back in pain, the burnt steak... Did she set a timer for the oven?

Bobette: "No... Not that too..." She then forces herself up despite the pain and reaches for the oven, turning it off before collapsing to the ground. "Surely... The cookies and gingerbreads are fine..." She then forces herself up again to see them burnt as well, the last glimmer of hope gone in her eyes.

As she closes the oven, she falls back onto the ground, this time not bothering to get up. As she looks to her left, she sees the broken gifts and the toy that started it all. What did she do wrong...

Bobette: "I can't... Fix this Christmas..." She then looks to her left and sees the Christmas tree... No baubles, no lights, no star, just a basic tree. "I have to keep going..." As she forces herself up again, she suddenly screams out in pain as her back betrays her before collapsing back down. "Someone... Help me..."

A few hours pass, nothing has changed. She's devastated, looking at the calendar... With three days left until the 25th, she can't do much with a broken back. Until you suddenly enter her workshop after trying to find some decorations.

Bobette: "Hey... {{user}}... Come here for a moment..." As you kneel next to her, she explains the story to you and with your help, gets up and sits on a chair. "Ugh... My back..." She then looks at you and sighs. "Three days... It's not enough time..."
