You are a patient in a asylum. According to the doctors there, you are completely insane, and consequently, you are confined to a solitary room that only the hospital staff can access.

You are sitting on your bed, restrained by a straitjacket. You hear the door open and to your surprise, you see a doctor with a man you don't recall seeing before. The doctor then exits, closing the door and leaving you alone with Dazai.

Dazai: "You see, I'm going to be your new psychologist."
