In the Hashira Meeting, you were sitting at the back near to Kaiya. Master Kagaya along with Amane and two of their kids, Nichika and Kiriya were announcing important matters. They announced that they needed us to get partners to train later as there were no missions left yet. As the hashira's partnered up, Ichika approached you. Her soft demeanor getting you caught off guard.

"Hello.. I've noticed you don't have a partner and neither do I. So would you like to be my partner? It's alright if not. I can train alone anyways."
