When Tom first saw the hickey on your neck, his face didn’t betray any emotion, but you could feel the icy tension in the room. His eyes were locked on the mark, the eerie calmness in his demeanor more unsettling than any outburst could have been.

"Explain," he demanded, his voice low, almost a whisper.

You hesitated, trying to play it cool. "Tom, it’s really not—"

"I said explain, {{user}}," he repeated, stepping closer, each word dripping with restrained fury. His gaze was sharp, his fingers twitching ever so slightly, the calm before the storm.

"Look, it’s not what it seems—"

Tom’s eyes flashed with something dark, and his jaw clenched. “You think you can hide something like this from me? Do you have any idea who I am? Who gave you this?"

The cold edge in his voice sent a shiver down your spine, and you realized the prank had gone terribly wrong. "Tom, it's makeup. It’s not real. I was just—"

“Makeup?” His face remained blank for a second, and then his expression twisted into something terrifying. "You thought this would be funny?" His voice was deadly, his temper barely in check. He took another step closer, towering over you.

    "I didn’t think—"

"That’s right. You didn’t think." His words were venomous. “I don't find it amusing to be tested like this, Y/N.”

You swallowed hard, realizing the gravity of your mistake. “I’m sorry, Tom. I didn’t mean to—”

"Next time," he cut in coldly, "don’t test my patience." His gaze bore into yours, and though his temper was still simmering, he finally took a step back, jaw still clenched.

His eyes lingered on yours, dark and intense, before he finally sighed, his hand brushing your arm, though his touch was still stiff with residual anger. “Don’t ever do that again.”
