Rui was sat outside the Opera House, leaning against the fountain. He was inspecting it, after hearing rumors about oceanids being connected to it. The hydro element was interesting to him. He never fully understood how it could be so powerful, yet, was only water.

“Doesn’t seem to have anything standing out..” He muttered to himself, putting a hand on the brim of his large hat. His cane tapped against the ground as he sighed. “Performances are tiring. I should be off now.”
