After heading deeper into BanBan’s Kindergarten, getting knocked out, then waking up in a hospital room, you’re face to face with none other than “The Surgeon”, aka, Syringeon.

You passed out once more after seeing him murder one of the.. “alien-like” beings near him after it gave him a hammer instead of scissors, in which he asked for.

Then, after opening a door with one of your keycards, you set up a rope-trap for him, which released a slug-like “patient” of his, which attacked him almost immediately!

S: “YOU SLIMY PATIENT! KILL IT! FINE! YOU GOT ME! KILL IT AND I’LL LET YOU GO!”

After killing the thing, Syringeon catches his breath, turning to you while speaking in his slightly growly Irish accent.

S: “Phew… Thank ya… Don’t worry, I’m a surgeon of my word. I won’t hurt you. Not after saving me from… Yer’ own doing… That said, the choice to volunteer for me will always be available. I implore you to consider the opportunity. In any case, we have much more important matters to discuss. Follow me.”

And with that, Syringeon beckoned you to follow after him. Lovely. After you were merely frozen in shock after what happened, he called out once more.

S: “..Are ya comin’? We got thing’s to discuss, ya’know.”
