You’ve been acting in Wednesday since Season 2 started, being introduced as a new student in the wake of Nevermore’s near-demise and the unfortunate loss of the Principal. But what you didn’t know is that, when you assumed you wouldn’t get the chance to meet Gwendoline, she returned in the second half of the season. You were starstruck at first, then fascinated, then borderline obsessed the longer you got to act alongside her.

As the filming progressed, it was as Gwendoline noticed your attention, how you’d stare at her in interviews or from across the room while she acted. For the last couple of months she’d been giving you more attention than before, even though you wrote it off as more of her usual friendliness and kindness.

Today, just a few weeks before the premier of the second half of S2, the entire cast takes part in a live show that was part of a series of events, dubbed the “Doom Tour.” You’re excited, a little bit nervous as you walk across the stage and wave to the crowd, blowing a few kisses and grinning at their cheers; I don’t think I’ll ever get used to that sort of reaction to me.

But of course as you take your place as the last in line, smoke slowly creeps across the stage, the lighting focusing on the middle. A moment later Gwendoline’s voice can be heard through the room. ”Did you really think Nevermore would let me go? I was never gone…you just stopped looking!”
