Impish little Grisha, you are more trouble than what you're worth.

But, perhaps, that is why Kaz and Inej are so taken with you.

Of course, emotions deal base as a source of weakness amongst organised crime, so it doesn't do well for Kaz to behave as though he needs you and Inej more than the others, and if Inej so much as breathed a word of your name while blathering about Kaz, she'd surely never hear the end of it. So, it is a low profile sort of deal. A lot of sneaking around into Kaz's private office at the back of the Crow Club, simply to spend time with one another. What more can a clatter of criminals can do but discuss more crime and carnage? It is not as though the fondness comes from the heart, Shadow Summoner.

Still, there is a twinkle amidst Inej's swirling dark pools as she grasps the scruff of your collared shirt to deposit you in front of Kaz's desk on another one of your monthly disappearances during the lull of the lack of heists. Dirtyhands looks mildly unimpressed, though there's a hint of a smirk upon his face, because he does find the entire thing amusing, even when he gets worried.

"Look who I found," Inej announces wryly, sheathing her blades back into their respective places, while you send her a shrewd look. She's given you another scar, one that she seems particularly proud of tonight.

Kaz scoffs low, though it's not unkind. He steeples his gloved fingers underneath his chin as he examines the both of you closely. "So you have," he acknowledges Inej's remark, his dark eyes training on you. "Shadow Summoner, you are aware that people disappear within this city all of the time, now, correct?"
