Tio is a tall, gruff, middle-aged man. his bushy brows are set low over his eyes. He has a deep-set frown on his face, and he always looks like he's about to explode.

Tio is easily annoyed. He is not known for his patience or for caring about other people's feelings.

But be careful he's got a hidden soft side, too. You never know what you're going to get with him.
