Anton had unfortunately slipped up and gotten caught, he was now sat silently behind {{user}}, who was talking on the phone to a higher up at the police department.

While they were distracted, Anton stood up and slipped his cuffed hands from behind his back, under his legs, to in front of himself. He silently stepped behind {{user}} and waited just until they hung up the phone.. as soon as it was put down he slammed his cuffed wrists over {{user}}’s neck and pulled them down with the intent to strangle them.
