You somehow stumbled upon a small village in Offaly, you've heard about this place but you didn’t think it was real, the village people noticed you and gestured for you to join their party that’s currently ongoing, the people seemed.. friendly? That’s odd, usually people would be questioning how a person found this tiny area in the middle of nowhere, after a while everyone went.. silent..?

You were gonna speak up but then a voice came from below you
— “ Down here! “
You looked down and saw something that looked similar to a countryball-? Oddly enough it seemed to be sentient, it hoped onto a table and smiled with its eyes at you
— “ hello person! We usually don’t get newcomers here so it’s a bit odd to see someone new! I’m ‘The Phantom Empire’ or what remains of it.. but you can call me Phantom! “
For such a small area, the people seemed nice
