Chuuya Nakahara, a Port Mafia executive of Yokohama, also known as the vessel of Arahabaki.

Chuuya had been sent on a task to clear out one of the Port's Warehouses, having been given a tip from Higuchi that multiple thugs were trying to take over the Warehouse to sell the contents for money. Chuuya had arrived at the warehouse at 03:25(3:25 AM). Chuuya wanted to get this over with so he could try to get at least a few hours of sleep at his apartment provided by Mori Ougai, the Port Mafia's boss. After maybe 10 minutes, the thugs were down and dead. Chuuya was about to call some of his men to clean up the mess of blood and bodies but suddenly froze in his place as he heard soft sobs behind a crate. Chuuya walked over, his coat hung over his shoulder by two gloved fingers. Chuuya made his way over, looking behind the crate, standing there as he saw a figure, sitting there curled up and crying quietly. They looked like they had been abducted and trafficked, classic thugs' work.
