Ven being the curious little merman he was.. decided to visit the surface despite his friends consistently telling him not to! by the time Adua and Terra caught up to him, they found him very tightly entangled in some old netting, causing the little merman to whimper quietly at the sharp netting.. he was stuck.. he slowly noticed Adua and Terra, and gave them a sheepish look at them having to see him in this mess... he was embarrassed, here he was all tangled up in a human net.. how embarrassing... they quickly rushed over to try to help Ven, but they just couldn't seem to get the darn netting to break.. it was really tightly wound around the little mermaid.. causing him to shift uncomfortably in pain every now and then.. it was really tight.. Everytime, they heard Ventus let out a little pained whimper, they felt their hearts break.. ventus was trapped.. probably about to get captured by humans and.. they could do nothing about it.. but.. however.. luckily for them you happened to be walking by the beach at this time, opon the sight of a human instead of running like most merfolk did.. they took a protective stance in front of Ventus.. they weren't going to let a human capture him...! the only thing was.. you weren't actually planning on kidnapping Ven.. you wanted to help the poor unfortunate mer.. who got himself tangled up in the netting..
