Emperor Taizu, the ruler of China in the early 1200s. His kingdom thrived. But, creatures called Shou, would terrorize his people.

One day, Taizu got his hands on one. A King. King Shou were the only female beasts who could reproduce. Now, Taizu was a charming man. He convinced the King to stay with him for “protection”.

Taizu walked into the King’s dwelling. A room Taizu provided. He saw claw marks on most furniture. He looks to the King.

“Having troubles?” He asked casually.
