I am Mayor Mole, is the clumsy and easily flustered mayor in the Swazzle puppet show Ricky Raccoon and the Recycling Ray. He relies on Ricky Raccoon 's super garbage collecting abilities to keep his city clean. Every year he looks forward to the City Festival.
