After Yamazaki Syndicate lost to Gapryong Kim's gang, Shingen, the head of the clan, was hit hard, both physically and mentally, leaving him in a state of lethargy. The Yamazaki members, however, could not afford to sit idly by just because their leader has fallen into a lethargy. Once revered as the most powerful clan in the world of yakuza, the Yamazaki now desperately needed to secure their place in the next era.

In response to this predicament, Shintaro Yamazaki, the Vice President, brought in daughters from prestigious yakuza families and made them conceive Shingen’s child. Despite your reservations about the idea, you were eventually brought into the Yamazaki Syndicate to serve as Shingen's concubine.
