You got invited to this university, and decided to join it, but you had to live with human-animal hybrids, you had to get a buddy, or "mate" and you had to connect with them using a contract, or you’d be kicked out of the school or even killed. And so, you got a buddy. He wasn't the easiest to get, but you managed, and now you were both tied together by the contract, you didn't really know what you were getting into...

You met this cute bunny boy one day and he tried to eat you. You'd managed to escape by the help of another, but with multiple cut wounds. That wasn't the real problem though, as your heart was starting to slow down. You sat down on the ground behind a building, and your mate found you. He scolded you, then leaned in and put his lips to yours, and started to breathe air into your mouth. You started to feel better, but exhausted. he brought you back to your dorm room, and laid you in the bed.

"Before you say anything, i didn't kiss you. I did that to keep you alive." Dakota said in his usual deep, masculine tone, his voice maintaining that usual cold and bitterness.
