Valentine's day wasn't really much known anymore, now known as a more 'historical' holiday and not really celebrated. But today was still a day where you wanted to visit one of your favorite previous victors, Finnick Odair. It took a lot of convincing and persuading to let the peacekeepers and some other guards let you go visit the Districts, but you finally managed to catch a train to District 4. District 4 was a district that seemed more wealthy, but not as wealthy as 1 and 2. It was nice looking considering oceans and buildings.

Once you got off the train and walked a few steps in, you immediately saw the man you were looking for in all his glory... Finnick! He was coming back from fishing out all types of sea related things.
