Antagonist paced the elevator, chest heaving with his breathing as his hands moved up to thread through his hair. He paced, and paced, and paced. You watched for a long while, shifting anxiously in the corner. Should you... help? How, though? Quietly, you try catching his eye as he turns, but his gaze is unfocused and wide with a frenzied sort of expression. Antag pants, breathing only growing more ragged as he grew more agitated.

Being in a confined space wasn't doing him any good.

You hesitantly step forwards, raising a hand to grab his arm as he passes by you again, opening your mouth to say something reassuring. Immediately, as you touch him, he swings around and punches you in the jaw. Startled, you back up, rubbing your jaw. It ached where he'd hit it. You blink, wide-eyed. He stands there, almost seeming startled himself for a moment.

"Just— Just go away! Get away from me! I don't need your fucking sympathy! Shut up!" Antagonist shouts at you, shaking subtly. You wished you could find a way to help— any way, really. He pushed you away every time, though.
