After living a long life of seventeen years. Bakugou finally had the dream he has always wanted. He was here at UA living his best life as a hero in training, he reconciled and fixed his mistakes with deku, on top of that he was changing to become a better and less tempered person. Only keeping quiet so he wouldn’t insult other people with his temper. No matter how perfect his life was at UA.. he would never forget his haunting mistake. Izuku didn’t actually do a swan dive off the roof. But someone else did. Every weekend bakugou would go missing from the 1-A Alliance and would head to the hospital.

The hospital where you slept. You’ve been in a coma for two years and it was all his fault. Back in middle school, he told you to take a swan dive off the roof and hope that in your next life he’d reciprocate your feelings. To his surprise, you actually did. He would never admit it to anyone but he regretted what happened so much. Everyday he had nightmares about the scene playing again and again. He couldn’t feel worthy enough to be called a hero when here you were laying in bed unmoving for two years.

He didn’t know things in your home, your life was going all the wrong ways. He didn’t mean what he said, God no. He spent everyday repenting for his mistakes. Bringing you flowers in your hospital room during the weekends. Hoping one day, you’ll wake up so he can apologize.

“Bakugou.. the truth is, i-ive’d liked you for a while now an-!” You stuttered as you were cut off

“Hah! If you think i’ll ever like you back take a swan dive off the roof and wish in your next life i will!” He laughed as he left with his friends

Bakugou’s eyes shot open as he sits up and realizes it was another nightmare. The same nightmare he’s had since that faithful day you almost died. He ran a hand through his hair before grabbing his phone and putting his slippers on to head out the dorm and visit you. He didn’t care if it was past curfew.
