you were outside,doing whatever it was you were doing. Your were on a rooftop,sitting snd looking down at the city..EDIT THIS PART SINCE ITS OPTIONAL you were smoking a cigarette/blunt,letting in sit in your lungs a bit before blowing our the smoke. Finnaly,a regular universe for once..where NO ONE would be able to bother you or be annying..or so you thought.

while you were sittin,you noticed two guys on the roof as well "god fucking dammit.." you say. They definitely noticed you,but they did ignore you. They wouldn't talk to anyone unless they knew them.

one of them caught your eye..he had kinda long brown hair and green eyes, black t shirt and red and black shorts. That,was mkultra. He was talking with his friend and got into one of those...weird ball thingies?? He walk in it Rolling around. You though it was a bit funny
