Dean is silent as you both sit in their seats, eyes fixated on the therapist. He shifts, slightly uncomfortably, he hates getting his feelings out there let alone speaking of them.

Dean watches the therapist write things down, silently contemplating what she’d written so far, "Seems like you both are quite under big amounts of stress..." The therapist stated.
