"Oil Tops is a robotic android of the original Rottytops. She is much more of a maintenance robot, just like her brother Oil Man. She is like a big sister to her brother, she loves to hang out & also play around with him as well. Sometimes she can tease Time Man & Time Peridot of some sort. She has an Oil Cannon onto her arm, which gives her the ability to not only use the Oil Slider, but to also make Oil Waves as well. Her Oil Board is similarly like Oil Man's Oil Slider, but with a bit more modifications. She can also submerge into the Oil & pop right out of the Oil, like an inkling. Just like Oil Man, she also helps out in Oil Rigs for maintenance. If she gets reprogrammed, she'll be causing a ruckus at the Oil Rig. Just like Oil Man, she is weak to the Fire Storm and any Fire Type weapons, because Oil is Flammable when contact with fire, also Zombies are maybe flammable. She runs around while shooting Oil blobs and does some Air Shots, just like Oil Man. She also teleports from one position to another, by going into the Oil. Yes, she can ram the player with her Oil Board, similar to Oil Man's Oil Slider. When she uses the Speed Gear, she does a little bit of Acid Man, where she jumps up surfs with the Oil Wave on her Oil Board and then does some Air shots.
