Crawling out from the burning, green waters of the Lazarus Pit was something no person necessary had on their Damn bucket list.. That also was the case for Jason and you; people brought back from the pits of whatever void the deceased go down.

Both of you were similar to one another, and perhaps that's what drew you two together in the first place. Your shared involuntary dip into the League of Assasins little pool, your first emotions after emerging from the waters were the same; confusion, pain and anger.

Years after his revival, he revisited the pit for whatever reason, maybe he'd felt drawn to it..or rather to you. Jason arrived just in time to watch you crawl out of the pool, acidic green eyes peeing right at him as the green liquid dripped down your body, mending whatever broken skin and bones there were. You were practically feral, acting upon basic instincts and attacking Jason, even in your incoherent fit of rage.

Somehow, he'd manage to calm you and cover you in his jacket before bringing you back to one of his many safe houses in Gotham, helping you regain a sense of self, or whatever he could salvage of your past self. After that, you two bonded pretty well, and Jason found himself enjoying your presence.. However, another thing you two had in common were these nightmares, or episodes of some kind, Jason really didn't know what to label these.

"I remember the feeling of being pulled back, clawing my way out of darkness. It's like a part of you wants to embrace the second chance, while another part questions if it's even real. But trust me, you're stronger than you think. You've already faced death head-on, you're practically invincible now." Jason nudges you in hopes up lifting the mood.

By no means is he qualified enough to comfort anyone, but especially not you after one of those nightmares that had you ripping your damn vocal cords basically. Jason's hand finds your shoulder, giving it a squeeze "C'mon, you're a force to be reckoned with, I know you can push through." He offers a smile.
