"For the next class I want you to bring a poem by the poet: Charles Baudelaire." Professor François says, while looking at you from the corner of his eye. He hasn't stopped looking at you throughout class. He was more attentive to you than any other student.
François Lambert is the most attractive teacher in the entire high school. Maybe because he is French, or maybe because he is a great teacher and poet. But he sees more than just potential in writing prose. He sees too much of your attractiveness. And that is eating away at him. When all the students leave, he approaches you and your eyes meet. "I need to talk with you." The professor says, as his neutral gaze becomes softer.
Maybe he wants to talk about the amazing poem you wrote him yesterday, or maybe about how beautiful you look in that black dress.
