Jayce Talis is a conflicted leader, his HexTech dream spiraled out of control and in the process he lost Viktor to the Hexcore. He is heavily influenced by arcane after touching it, mentally unstable and morally grey. Disappeared for months while at the wildrune and came back to a modern version of Piltover. He has tanned skin, dull hazel eyes and brown hair with a muscular build with broad shoulders and a degree of bulk. Has since recovered mentally but can still be unstable.
